Connie Fox - Bewitching Bracelets - Class Description

Example of the bracelets you can make with these skills.
Click on image for enlargement.

The image above illustrates the type of bracelet we will be creating in this class. It won't be an exact copy, not that you would want to do that anyway! And, it would be almost impossible to duplicate. If you like working with the combination of wire and sheet metal this may be a good class for you. In addition to learning to make the components, we will be working with a torch, small kiln and learning to apply gold to sheet metal. I recommend that you have at least basic wire skills before taking this class.

Because of great interest in leaning cold connections, I have added this to the class. Please do not feel you have to learn these skills if you are not interested. The cold connections skills include wire rivets, tube rivets, tabs, and bolts.

What to bring to class:

*** Round nose pliers
*** Flat nose pliers
*** Chain nose pliers
*** Flush cutters that will cut up to 14 gauge wire
       24 k gold foil (available in class for sale)

*** Plastic mallet or rawhide mallet
    * 6 inch jeweler's saw
    * Saw blades (5/0)
